General conditions of use and the policy concerning personal data when using the PARKGEST Group\u2019s websites.<\/h2>\n

Respecting your privacy is important and we have taken the commensurate technical and organisational measures to ensure that any personal data is handled in accordance with the relevant laws. This document sets out our company policy on personal data and the way it is processed on our websites.<\/p>\n

Collection and storage<\/h3>\n

On the www.parkgest.ch<\/a> website we collect your personal data in a commensurate way, that is to say only to the extent necessary to respond to your requests and to inform you fully of our services.
\nIn the event of a subscription request, we collect your full contact details, including telephone number and e-mail address, through our forms, which we then keep for the duration of the subscription (plus five years, except for financial data, which is kept for ten years, in accordance with the laws). You will then receive our newsletter, from which you can unsubscribe without any further obligation.<\/p>\n

You can reach the news section dedicated to mobility through our newsroom tab (https:\/\/blog.parkgest.ch\/contact\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

When you fill in the contact form there, we collect your first and last name and e-mail address, so that we can follow up on your request. This data is not kept on the website.
\nYou can also subscribe to our newsletter. In this case, your e-mail address is collected and kept for the duration of your subscription. Our subcontractor, who uses PARKGEST’s Mailpro account, has been entrusted with managing our newsletter. (https:\/\/www.tandemadvertising.com\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n

We register the IP address of internet users accessing our websites, for analysis and continuous improvement, using the statistics tool \u2018Google Analytics\u2019. We have taken all the necessary technical steps to ensure that your IP address is not transmitted to Google (for more information, see https:\/\/marketingplatform.google.com\/about\/analytics\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

This site is hosted by Infomaniak (see www.infomaniak.com<\/a>), a company based in the canton of Geneva.<\/p>\n
