pedestrians)<\/li>\n<li>Training for PARKGEST staff in the method of operating the car park<\/li>\n<li>Creation and establishment of operational and administrative organization<\/li>\n<li>Creation and establishment of marketing fundamentals<\/li>\n<li>Creation and establishment of the management of advertising spaces<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of commercial management<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of accounting management<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of insurance cover<\/li>\n<li>Creation of security and safety procedures and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Creation of procedures and specifications for monitoring observance of operating instructions (permanent surveillance)<\/li>\n<li>Creation and establishment of technical procedures and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Creation and establishment of maintenance procedures and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Participation in specific meetings with the client, architect or construction
